Our Manifest:
Climate change. Sustainability.
Big topics.
Eternit (Euronit) knows that. It’s why we’ve made some big changes. Changes to be better. Looking to the future, while others look away. Taking steps in the right direction.
To set an example for our industry.
Engineering the only semi-compressed sheet to absorb moisture and up to 40% of CO2 during their lifetime, reducing methane and nitrogen.
Manufactured using 100% green-certified energy with zero water wastage.
But we know it’s just the start. So, we’re making a promise.
To keep taking steps that matter.
Eternit
We’ve got you covered.
Steps we already take:
Saving Water
No water wasted during our production process.
Using green electricity
Manufacturing using 100 % green-certified electricity.
Reducing methane & nitrogen
The only semi-compressed sheets to absorb moisture, reduce methane & nitrogen.
Absorbing CO2
Our sheets absorb up to 40 % of CO2 during their lifetime
Low impact material
- Eternit corrugated sheets are semi-compressed, which means they can absorb moisture, helping to reduce methane and nitrogen
- Eternit corrugated sheets contain up to almost 20 % of circular content
- Minimal packaging is being used during and after production
- Semi compressed corrugated sheets have a carbon sink effect and can absorb up to 40 % of Co2 during their lifetime
Low impact production
-
Over 70% of our materials are sourced from suppliers within a radius of 150 km from our factories
-
100% of the electricity we use in our production facilities comes from certified renewable sources
-
Low water intensity and no water is wasted in the production process
